First Days Starter
$180–$240 one-time
A single focused session and a written plan for the first three days.
- 45-minute intro call
- Written 72-hour plan
- One live 60-minute session
- Email follow-up for 2 weeks
Practical, judgment-free guidance for the days and weeks after the wedding — routines, roles and the conversations nobody hands you a script for.
Community programs and premarital workshops our educators have contributed to.
You do not need to have anything figured out before you reach out. That is what the first call is for.
A 45-minute call to map your first weeks — schedules, living situation, and what already feels heavy.
You receive a short written plan: routines, shared duties, and the two or three talks worth having early.
Live sessions where you rehearse the awkward conversations before they happen for real.
“My partner won’t want to join.”
Start alone. Many people do. You will still leave the first session with something usable, and the door stays open for your partner later.
“We’re not in crisis — is this too much?”
Most members come precisely because nothing is wrong yet. Preparing early is easier than repairing later, and the pace is set by you.
“I don’t want to be told how to be a wife.”
Neither do we. There is no fixed template here. We help you name what you actually want and build an arrangement you both chose.
“Our schedules are impossible.”
Sessions run evenings and Saturdays, and packages stay valid for six months. You book the next slot only when you are ready.
“Is this confidential?”
Yes. What you share stays between you and your mentor. We do not publish names, stories or details without written permission.
Prices are ranges — we confirm the exact figure on the intro call, before anything is booked.

Situation: A shared house, no private space, growing tension.
What we did: Mapped quiet hours and two weekly anchor routines.
What changed: Fewer daily negotiations, clearer boundaries by week three.
Situation: Night and day shifts, almost no overlap, resentment building.
What we did: Built a shared week grid and protected two fixed hours.
What changed: Predictable time together and less scorekeeping about chores.
Situation: A second marriage, two sets of routines, three children.
What we did: Agreed on one shared rule at a time and reviewed weekly.
What changed: Calmer mornings and a plan both partners could explain.
Examples from practice. Every situation is different, and results vary from person to person.
Every session is led by a named mentor. You always know who you are talking to.
